先週の３連休、2023年9月17日（日）～18日（月）に一泊２日、
おじゃましたのは、「-be- 北軽井沢キャンプフィールド」です。とっても良かったので記事を書こうと思いました！

「-be- 北軽井沢キャンプフィールド」について
キャンプ場は、2023年春にオープンしたばかり！ 暑さが和らいできて、これからキャンプに最適なシーズンが到来しますね！
人気のキャンプ場なので、連休があるとすぐにいっぱいになってしまうので、早めに予約をとることをおすすめします！

紹介動画にあるように、広大な敷地で申し分ないです。思いっきりキャンプを楽しめます！
「-be- 北軽井沢キャンプフィールド」でとくに良かった点は、、、
まずはなんといっても敷地が広い点ですね。広大な自然が広がっています。
個々のスペースが広いので、まわりからの視線が気になりにくく、のんびりプライベートな時間を満喫できます。
また、トイレやシャワー室、炊事場など、全体的に管理がいきとどいていて、清潔感があります。
今回天気予報で曇りのち雨でしたので、少し心配でしたが、、、1度も雨が降る事はありませんでした！ 良かった～！！
今回は、寝泊まりするためにバンガローを借りて、
それ以外に下記のような簡易的なテントを1つ作りました。
木があって所々木陰にはなるものの、日差しが強く、向きも変化するのでとにかく暑い。
ちょっとした作業で汗だくになり、体力が奪われてやばい事になりそうでした、、、。
こんな日は、適度に水分補給して休み休み準備をした方がいいですね。
1日目は向かう途中の渋滞で、15時チェックイン予定のところ、着いたのは17時半頃、、、さすが3連休の初日！？のんびり出発しすぎたか？
それからなんとかテントを建て、バーベキューを作りましたが、
初日はクタクタに疲れて早めに就寝しました。
気をとりなおしてみんなで作った、翌朝の朝食はこんな感じ！？
朝食定番の目玉焼きとウインナー、コストコで買ったロールパンとサーモン、それにレタスのサラダにモッツアレラチーズ、きゅうりとミニトマトを加え、おまけにメロンをプラス、ボリューム満点に仕上がりました！
お昼は定番のカレー！ 子供たちに手伝ってもらいました。
やっぱりカレーは楽でいいですね！
かぼちゃ、玉ねぎ、エリンギ、しいたけ、ナス、ニンジン、牛肉のカレーです。
昨日パエリアに入れようとして忘れてしまった、、、
ムール貝を蒸し焼きにして添えました。
今回のキャンプで感じた反省点？！
1泊2日のタイトなスケジュールでは、もっと早く出発しないとだめですね、、、
ゆっくりしに来たのに、時間に追われてずーっと動きづくめになってしまうと楽しめなくて、勿体ないですね。
次回1泊2日で行く機会があったら、料理に使う野菜や肉は、あらかじめ切って袋に詰めてくるぐらいの準備が必要と思いました。
キャンプはとにかく準備が大切なんですね、、、
次回はもっと時間に余裕をもって、楽しめるようにしたいと思います。
これに懲りず、秋にもう一度行こうと思います！ つづく
